Memories.. Ha funny the things I remember as a child.. some beginning as early as age 3 and some, I think I remember cause my family told the stories over and over..so its kinda hard to decide exactly where to begin I guess I can pick one out at my earliest age and just tell a story at a time..so here goes...
"DON'T PLAY ON THE PHONE" LESSON 1 I LEARNED IN MY LIFE......
This story was one sometime after my sister was born I was about 3 yrs old . I was a bored child I guess..don't remember my sister much till she was about 2. I think this was because mom and her would lay in bed together all day cause Shannon, my sissy was a breast fed baby... But this one day stands out in my memory vividly to me. Dad must of been at work and I was left roaming the house while mom slept with baby sis in bed.. I remember picking up our old squiggly corded phone and dialing I guess 0 cause a woman would answer and say "hello operator can I help you?" And I would laugh at her and hang up and redial it all day this particular day.... Heck I didn't know what I was doing was wrong... that is until dad came home from work that day... Mom was running around squirting my dad with her breast milk picking with him and the phone rings..I remember my dad answering the phone and apparently it was that same operator... I remember when my dad got off the phone he asked me had I been playing with the phone and I said no.. and he took off his belt and beat me with it telling me that I wasn't suppose to play on the phone..I vividly remember this belt whipping as if it were yesterday too..I don't think I sat down a long time...after that either...I however didn't ever play on the phone after that...at least not as a child....... Lesson 1 learned in life!!!!!
